Villa Brščan offers accommodation in two separate houses with fully air-conditioned rooms.
Small House
The Small House is designed as a 3+1 apartment. It features a double room, a triple room, and a double room with the option of an extra bed, along with a fully equipped shared kitchen. Each room has its own bathroom (WC + shower), new air conditioning, and a spacious terrace.
The triple room is barrier-free, located on the ground floor, with a terrace hidden in the shady garden, offering direct access to the garden and the path leading to the beach.
The double room and the double room with an extra bed option are located in the mezzanine. They share a spacious terrace with a view of the garden and the sea. The terrace is symbolically divided with a decorative partition.
All rooms are air-conditioned and equipped with fixed beds. Only the double room with an extra bed option includes two fixed beds and a bunk bed.
The Small House is ideal for groups of friends or families with small children. In the garden, there is a beautiful seating area under a pine tree with a sea view.

Large House
The Large House has two separate floors, completely renovated. The ground floor features a beautiful new large shared terrace and a fully equipped modern kitchen. There is also one triple room and two double rooms, all fully air-conditioned. Two newly renovated bathrooms with WC and showers are accessible from the shared hallway.
The first floor has a separate entrance and a fully equipped shared kitchen. There are also four double rooms, all fully air-conditioned, each with its own bathroom and private facilities.

Price for the Large House: 700 EUR/night

The stay is confirmed after payment of a 50% deposit of the total price (in CZK or EUR).
